Background & Experience
Together with his partner Helga, Paul runs PSA GmbH & Co KG, an international consulting company specialising in change management, professionals training, and corporate events.
Paul studied corporate design and holds a master’s degree in visual communication from London‘s Royal College of Art. After graduating he worked on educational technology programmes for The Open University, System Research, Cambridge Consultants, and Ferranti‘s Brain Sciences Research Project.
A skilled workshop and conference facilitator, he has led management programmes at: The Management Centre Europe (MCE), Brussels; The Austrian Management Academy (ÖAF), Vienna; Forum Institute for Management, Heidelberg – Zentrum für Unternehmensführung (ZFU), Zurich; Lufthansa Flight Training, Frankfurt; The Universities of Bremen and Erlangen; Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein, Keele; The British Council, Munich; and The Centre for Global Dialogue, Zurich & New York.
Paul was for 4 years Chairman of “The English Public Speaking Competition“ (a co-operation between PSA, The Financial Times – Europe, and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung), and is himself a popular international speaker on the subjects of innovation and change.
He has been engaged by many top 100 companies to facilitate international project teams and large-groupcorporate events.
